By accessing or using reports.casevaluation.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Not legal advice
reports.casevaluation.com is a service of LuxeLaw LLC, which is not a law firm. Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice, and using the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship.
We offer to help you obtain a copy of your police crash report at no cost to you. We do not represent you, negotiate on your behalf, or provide any legal services. If you were injured, we may connect you with an independent, licensed attorney for a free consultation, which you are under no obligation to accept.
3. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a request. Reports cannot be located if the accident date, location, or agency you provide is incorrect. We are not responsible for delays or inability to obtain a report caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Request a report for an accident in which you were not involved
- Submit false or misleading information
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to access data you are not authorized to access
5. Communications consent
By submitting your information, you consent to be contacted by LuxeLaw LLC and, if applicable, an attorney about your accident and your report via phone, text, or email. Standard messaging rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or emailing us.
6. Intellectual property
The Service and its content are owned by LuxeLaw LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuxeLaw LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, from any delay in obtaining a crash report, or from any use of a report obtained through this Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
